For all of you fans of the book by Marie Kondo “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing,” I thought I would share this article on how to apply her methods to declutter your electronics like phones, tablets and computers : Get the link here – How to Kondo Your Phone. Basically the same principle applies to leaving apps on your phone that spark joy and cataloging other’s in groups so they don’t overwhelm you every time you go near your device. I feel imprisoned by my own phone sometimes because I am so dependent on it for remembering appointments, tasks and communications. I love the idea of creating calm in my devices so I feel less overwhelmed by notifications, interruptions etc. What have you done to break yourself free of your electronic devices?
