Basically the same principle applies to leaving apps on your phone that spark joy and cataloging other’s in groups so they don’t overwhelm you every time you go near your device. I feel imprisoned by my own phone sometimes because I am so dependent on it for remembering appointments, tasks and communications. I love the idea of creating calm in my devices so I feel less overwhelmed by notifications, interruptions etc. What have you done to break yourself free of your electronic devices?
